What to include in a bug report

If a file failed to process or was rejected by a portal, please copy and fill this template in your email:

• Device & Model: (e.g. Samsung Galaxy M34 / Redmi Note 12 / Windows PC)

• Browser: (e.g. Chrome Android 128 / Safari iOS 18)

• File format: (e.g. JPG / PNG / PDF)

• Target portal: (e.g. SSC CGL 2026 / UPSC OTR / Parivahan)

• Target size chosen: (e.g. 50 KB)

• Error shown by portal: (exact error message)

Report a wrong exam requirement (with official link)

Has an exam authority changed its photo dimensions or kilobyte boundaries in a new notification? Please email us the exam name along with the link to the official PDF notification on the commission website (e.g. ssc.gov.in or nta.ac.in). We update our specs within 24 hours of notification verification.

Suggest a tool

Need a preset for a state-level exam (such as UPSSSC, BSSC, MPPEB, or TNPSC) or a specific document format converter? Send us your recommendation and portal upload requirements.
